    • Horsman Special - $99.99 - Scarce horsman special the only model was made with the bulbous shaped handle. This racket was surely loved by the owner as indicated by the branding and well used condition of the wood. Still a very nice item to add to your racket collection. Horsman was a fine early racket maker of high quality and prized racquets and stopped productions in the early 1900's.

    • Slazenger Dougherty - $99.99 - Very distinctive model with the taped shoulders above the special heart shaped convex wedge protection layer. Very heavy sold dark woods with ash give it a very vintage appearance. This racket is very close to the initial production model of 1896. These shoulders are only found on early Slazenger rackets as it was one of thier patents.

    • Wright & Ditson Greenwood - $89.99 - This is another early 1900 convex wedge model that shows a good amount of usage. This racket is very unusual in that it appears that the owner made several natural gut string patches to fix breaks and also added red natural gut designs around the sweetspot area to appear to be targets. Also the top 3 cross strings are doubly wrapped with the thick guage natural gut string. The strings are still pretty tight and I would expect that this racket produced some awesome power & spin. Sorta a prototype to the later speghetti strung rackets that were outlawed in the 1970s. This racket would surely be a good conversation piece to display in your collection.
